April 1st the shop is open to walk-in customers! Bike drop-offs and pick-ups still require appointments. To reserve space, you MUST book an appointment for EACH bike. No bike will be accepted without an appointment. I suggest you book same day appointments through the website and you can drop off all the bikes at your earliest appointment time.
- If you are sick in any manner, stay home! Do not bring Covid into my business. I will happily work on your bike at a later date. If you still want to drop off your bike, wear a mask and I'll meet you outside.
- Please be on time to drop off or pick up your bike! Your appointment is at the time you selected, not during the 30-minute window. For instance, if you selected 5 p.m., that's your appointment time.
- Do NOT open the gate and enter the property.
- Masks and hand sanitizing are appreciated inside due to limited space but not mandatory. Both are available at the door. Two (2) customers maximum in the shop for the foreseeable future and I will still wear my mask. Why you ask? I'm a 1-person operation so if I get sick I'll have to shut down until I clear any protocols thereby impacting customers.
- As always, I will email, call or text you if I come across any unusual issues with your bike that I want approval on before proceeding.
- There is still a worldwide shortage of some bikes and parts with many suppliers out of stock of the more common components with projected delivery dates later in 2023 or 2024.
- I will email the invoice as soon as the bike is ready.
- Payment is required before pick-up via e-Interac to info@wheelsinmotion.bike. I will accept cash or debit payment in the shop via Square. No credit cards accepted.
- Drop-off and pick-up procedures are the same.
- You only need to book a single pick-up appointment; you don't have to book an appointment for each bike to pick them up.
Any customer who does not adhere to these procedures WILL be refused service. Please assist in keeping us all safe and healthy.
