Taking Care of the Environment!

From the day I opened Wheels In Motion I have tried to keep my environmental footprint as small as possible.

I designed and had clean & gray water holding tanks installed in my shop since I didn't have running water.  When I empty the gray water tank, the water flows and waters my garden & grass outside the shop!  

I seek out and try to use only environmentally friendly & biodegradable cleaners and lubricants on the bikes. One particular lubricant is a plant-based oil! 

I added the Muc-Off Nano Tech Cleaner Refill Station to minimize the plastic bottles not only my customers purchase & throw away, but me too since I use that product to clean your bikes!  Check it out ... bring in your own 1 liter spray bottle and pay 1/2 the regular price if you bought it in a Muc-Off bottle!

And, I recycle everything possible on bikes.  Tires, metal components, cables, you name it.  If it's recyclable, I do it. I transport these items to facilities to ensure they don't end up in our landfills. So if you see a $2 recycling fee on your invoice, it's to cover my costs.  It's only $2 per invoice/bike if you are replacing recyclable items.  Not per item, just $2 per invoice.
